Go to C:\Users\jakob\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates where jakob is the name of your account.

Edit the Normal.dotm with word.

In here you will see the following screen:

Set spacing before and after to 0 pt. (or single spacing) And add dont add space between paragraphs of the same style.

Save the file as a doc1.dotm

Rename the old Normal.dotm to Normal.dotm.old

Rename doc1.dotm to Normal.dotm
